Monique Pelle

Monique Pelle brings over 15 years of experience in international business, sales, and operations to her role as VP of Operations at Franchise Genesis. Her background includes working with government agencies and multinational companies to support market expansion, with a focus on marketing, sales, and operational strategy.

Before joining Franchise Genesis, Monique spent three years as VP of Operations for a franchise brand, where she helped grow the system to over 100 locations. She holds two master’s degrees with concentrations in International Business and Real Estate Development.

At Franchise Genesis, Monique oversees the operational side of client engagements. She manages the onboarding process for new brands, drives the delivery of client work across both operations and marketing, and ensures every client receives consistent, high-quality results throughout the development process.
